  • 3-Second Video Views: 3,513
  • 1-Minute Video Views: 110
  • Primary Content Format: Link posts (64%)
  • Growth Trend: Declining (-55.4%)

Goal

The goal of this project was to improve the page’s overall performance by increasing content visibility, boosting video engagement, and reaching a larger audience through a more effective content strategy. The focus was on optimizing post formats, especially short-form video, to drive higher views and stronger audience interaction.

Strategy Implemented

To improve performance, a data-driven social media strategy was implemented:

  • Shifted content focus from link posts to short-form video (Reels)
  • Optimized posting schedule for peak engagement
  • Implemented content hooks and stronger visual storytelling
  • Focused on algorithm-friendly formats
  • Analyzed audience behavior and engagement trends
  • Created content designed to reach non-followers for organic growth

Execution

The content plan prioritized high-performing formats, especially Reels, while reducing low-performing link content. The strategy emphasized consistency, engagement triggers, and platform-native content.

Results After Optimization (Oct 21 – Nov 15)

The results showed significant growth in reach and video engagement.

  • Total Views: 102,489
  • Growth: +459.6% increase
  • 3-Second Video Views: 14,959
  • 1-Minute Video Views: 843
  • Content Performance: Reels generated 85.8% of views
  • Audience Reach: 83.7% non-followers (strong organic discovery)

Key Impact

The optimized content strategy successfully transformed the page’s performance by prioritizing video-first content and algorithm-friendly formats. This approach significantly increased organic reach and audience engagement.
